I had my fascia release appointment before I went to the chiropractor. I’m beginning to think I won’t need to go to the chiropractor much anymore as long as I continue to get my fascia release on a regular schedule.

I’ve been going to Rowena for over a year now and have been seeing amazing results. My range of motion has steadily increased. I’ve had two hip replacements,one on each hip. people are amazed when I tell them that I’ve had those surgeries and are able to do what I’ve been doing. I’m an avid skier and ski instructor.

Rowena is a Goddess! Soft voice, gentle touch, and so what I was looking for for my baby. I’m so glad I started looking for a solution for my fussy uncomfortable newborn. As soon as I found her I booked an appointment. I’m about to book appointments for my husband and I too to see her regularly for all our body issues. My first session with her I thought was only going to be for my daughter and it turns out I was holding a BUNCH of stuff from the pregnancy. I was so relieved once I left my postpartum symptoms started going away! What a relief that I so desperately needed. Also finding my baby has TWO tongue ties making it so so hard for her to breast feed and gain weight was wild! I now have exercises I do with her at home to relieve her ties and get her back on the Brest. Slowly but surely we are getting there and I’m seeing her latch much easier even though we aren’t there yet it’s working! I’m sending everyone I know to her! Thank God I followed my intuition! Now I’m so hopeful for my babies body and healing ❤️‍🩹
